Is it possible to have another job without exiting the country? i will finish my contract on june and planning to get another job with the different employer and company.Is it legal to stay here after contract end?

If possible you should apply here while you're still here in KSA.
Once you got the job after interview they will refer you to accredited PH agency immediately.

It is possible if your current sponsor allows for transfer of your Iqama to the new sponsor. If he does not allow for that then you need to exit and come back on a new visa.
