my visit visa will expire this week . one company offer to me a job but they can only change my visa after this week. so i can change my visa after expire my visit visa?

The visa must be valid for at least 7 days for an application for conversion to be filed with LMRA.
You have to extend your visa or if you can't, leave Bahrain and then come back when visa is issued.
If you overstay, you will not be able to get a visa.
