For fees for your country, go to the VFS Tahseel site and look.

I need to know the total cost on 1 passport in Pakistan for 1 year multiple entry family visit visa, if any one already applied.

Do your research; all the fees are listed on the VFS Tahseel site.  Or pick up the phone and call them.

Otherwise wait for someone who has applied to give you the answer.  Don't keep posting the same question again.

But when I check my insurance on the website cchi it's uploaded on it and is active.
But I don't understand why can't I extend my visa through moi and why it doesn't show my health insurance on it

And purchase the insurance if expire,
There is no other way to extend.
If you have valid insurance and system not accepting extension you must go to nearest Jawazat office, they will fix if somewhere system error.

Sir, I am on multiple re entry visa for two years i.e 730days and along with the visa my insurance was also issued with 730days validity.
So my insurance is in active mode, isn't it?

I don't understand when my insurance is valid for 730days total then why it is not updated in moi.

CCHI is linked with MOI,
Check on CCHI website Expiry date of your insurance showing there on CCHI website,
Also you can call them on there helpline 24/7 representative are available, or you can raise complaint, they will fix it InshaAllah.

Insurance is valid for 730 days and for days of stay as allowed. If you are extending days of stay, that is not covered by the policy and hence why the need to purchase for the extra days.

I already answered that question.

Your insurance is valid for 730 days and 90 days of stay each time.  If you stay extra days beyond 90 days, it is not valid for those.

How much you pay there for insurance?
You can't purchase 2 years full insurance from there, insurance issued 90 days then extend as visa.

Your company needs to help you with that. It is difficult but could be possible using an escort visa option. But you, yourself cannot do anything. Your sponsor needs to help.
