I know there have been a few posts about this topic, but too bad, here goes another. I am a US citizen working here in lovely Kuwait relocating to China next year. I am in need of a background check here quickly. I don't think it is feasible to send my fingerprints to the FBI via express mail after I get them taken by the police here in Kuwait. Does anyone else have tips? Much appreciated!

Iam a lawyer
And it have a department in area named SULIBIA u can bring ur background form it .

Hello there, thank you for the response.. I have the FBI fingerprint cards and can supply ink pads as well. I basically just need an official to finger print me and sign off on the cards.
