I found job in UAE and will be leavjng kiwait but stilloan pending to pay. Can i cancel my visa and exit and continue to pay from uae

The moment you cancel you will enter auto block to exit or they will not cancel ur residency in the first place... but I know people just leave and pay for the loan being in other countries if u fail they will come looking for u in your home country as kuwait and UAE good in hunting for loan defaulter...

if your loan is deducted through your bank, and you are expecting to receive an indemnity payment (i.e. final payment) from your employer, it will be blocked due to you having a loan, and it will be fully deducted from your indemnity prior to them releasing the payment.

Plus, there is an interconnectivity between the legal systems of Kuwait and UAE, so as a loan defaulter in Kuwait, you will be prosecuted in UAE.

don't do it, pay the loan you owe and leave with dignity.
