My son is 3 month old now and he is born in Bahrain. Me and my wife is working here in Bahrain but we don't have family status .so I want to know maximum how many months my son can stay here without visa.Also if I am sending him back to India without visa whether I have to complete any other formalities before flying. Pls help. Thank you

I am not sure. I think they generally allow anywhere from 3-6 months from birth for completion of formalities like birth certificate, passport and visa. Beyond that is a problem. You need to complete his process and then get an exit from immigration.
