Working after Iqama Expiry and Final Exit in same company

I will keep it direct.

Iqama Expiry: 19th March

Last Working day: 31st March

Suppose Final Exit issued on 15th March.

Can I work for my same employer from 16th to 31st of March without any legal issue?

Final exit is generally valid for 60 days when issued.  So you can leave the Kingdom within this validity.

Once it is issued, the Iqama validity does not matter anymore.

If your contract is valid and Iqama is valid before issuance of final exit, it shouldn't be an issue.
