Iqama not renewed and company made exit only visa without informing me. 5 months salary pending. How to get my dues. Please help

Only way is to go and file a case in the labor court.

Thank you for your valuable reply. i am planning to file a case in the labour court. Sir,if you have any idea, how many times to take court judgement. MY exit validity is only for two months(upto January 31st 2019) . Sir, have you any suggestions.

No one can predict. It can take a long long time depending on what games your sponsor plays.

Thanks Sir, today i tried to file a case in labour court, at that time some of the peoples told me, if i given thumb impression in court, i am not able to move from this country without finalised the case. anyidea, its true?
