Dubai job offer

Good day and greetings to all. I am a south african. Qualified aircraft electrician, 10 years in my field. Exciting news! Finally and finally got the opportunity to join the emirates group servicing gse equipment. However the salary is 3500aed. Accommodation is provided. However I do have financial commitments here in South Africa, house, car etc, married and also the offer is much less than what I earn here in south africa. Has any of the expats here have experienced such a catch 22 situation. I will be gladly appreciate if any of you have been in the same, or has been in such a situation to share your story with me. I will still need to support my wife from this income which will Atleast be 85%. It's difficult to predict the financial growth.
