Hello. Can you help me with legal issues as far as relocating from the U.S. To Chile? I have myself, a professional opera tenor and classical guitarist and my two friends who are young and their baby son. I intend to work my classical music, and pay my friend's way to Chile too. Can I just come to Chile and file with Amnesty International? Would that work as far as being accepted as a new political refugee? status? Thanks much.
