If you're genuinely looking for language exchange it shouldn't matter if it's with a girl or boy :-) you should take the offer for the good experience it'll give you.

Sorry but most girls would feel uncomfortable with what you're asking. Is there a reason for only wanting to talk to a girl?

and FOR THIS REASON .... they invite ONLY EXPATS for any event ..

this really affect other Egyptians who are not interested in "Girls only for Language exchange" ..
