Can Employee come back in same company before 2Y complete.

Hi 👋

I had worked with a reputed construction company form September 2015 to September 2017,
After completion of 2 years of my visa I resigned for a reason of career up-gradation and came back to India with Visa Cancelled stamp on my passport, now completed my upgrade studies and want to go back to my old company,

Now, is it possible to go back to Oman by again giving interview to company in India?

Will there any problem to Employer regarding my old visa cancellation to obtain new visa for me?

Please give me suggestion

Hi @hyderpasha,

If you wish to rejoin your old employer / sponsor, you do not need the NOC.

But if you wish to join someone else / anyone else, you must have your last employer's NOC, else you cannot go back for a minimum period of 2-years from the date of your last departure from Oman.
