If filled labour complaint against my sponser because they are not willing to give gratuity and leave salary.mybvida already expired.so how much time it will take to solve the problem?

For your grievance at Oman Labour court though Legal consultant may long six months max
Mostly it can turn up in favor of you.!However have a clear set up with legal consultant ,they may put you in trouble by claiming their fee from 10 to 20% of your final settled amount.!
