Hello everyone I am currently residing in u.k though will be moving soon to live with my Moroccan husband. I am hoping to find some part time work that is suitable for me, I only speak English. I do have few health issues so am unable to work full time, and the work I was trained to do I am unable to do now. Any advice would be much appreciated, I know English teaching is big demand but I don't have a teaching degree, thanx in advance lynn

Yes you're right. Knowing only English your options are extremely limited, basically to teaching English!

But as you mentioned you need the TEFL certification.

I suggest you get this if you want to work here in that field. There are online courses available and in-class.

As for other options honestly I couldn't advise. Other then to find a hobby if all you're looking to do is get out of the house. But if your seriously looking for employment for income teaching may be the way to go and the certification honestly is not that hard to get.
