As we know brazil has changed immigration law since 21st of November but they don't upload it officIally at embassies website.what you say about it,when it will be available to read??

I just heard from lawer that overstay is now form 8 reais up to 100 reais and maximum overstay for 100 days from 780reias to 10.000.
Supposivly on http://www.pf.gov.br/servicos-pf/gru its showing the info but right now the have error message. Anybody can confirm this?
