Look here buddy, people living here for an unfortunate number of decades don't get PR, somebody with a Visit VIsa is definitely not getting it and moreover what you're looking for is probably illegal and against CoC

Its not possible to change Visit Visa to Resident Visa !
You can find out fro MOFA Website or MOFA office at ballad.
