Net Salary for Expat in Belgium

Hi ,

I am planning to move to Brussels in coming months and would like to know that how much gross salary i should have so that i will get net salary of 3500 Euro per month. I am Indian resident having more than 8 years of IT experience.

How much is the school fees for one child in public school in Belgium and how is the study for Indian child ?

Secondly , public school also teaches English language?
