In case a Sponsor (husband) want to send his dependent (wife) on final exit under the following scenario what are the legal implications.
1. His n dependent's Iqama expiry date is for example 5 April 2017
2. Can he issue exit visa for his dependent after the Iqama expiry date.
3.Can his Iqama be renewed after dependent is issued exit visa but is still in the kingdom for the grace period.
4. How much more duration(grace period) the dependent can stay in KSA if the Exit visa issued prior to the Iqama expiry date.
