I have a car loan from ANB bank for almost a year. I am going to final exit my question is can I transfer it to another person willing to continue my loan.. should we pay for the transfer fee? please help

Yes you can transfer, if the other person holds a bank account in the same bank and meets the bank's criteria's. Yes there will be transfer fees as per bank policy.
