Hi All,

Can anyone inform me if an employer terminates an employee after the completion of probation period which is specified as 3months in the contract and if they does so will they give "NOC" to the empolyee or not...

Hi Aquariansalman,

Providing an employee with an NOC is entirely the prerogative of the employer. And an employee has no rights to demand one.

That is why the NOC rule has been so much in the news ever since it was introduced a couple of years back.

The NOC rule is very much for the employer and totally against the employees' interests.
