Help: Misspelled Name on ID

Post new topic

Long story short:

They misspelled my last name on my ID. I can't find any information on how to ask them to change it. Can anyone help in pointing me in the right direction? Forms? Papers needed? Etc.

Thank you!

Hello.

I am not very sure about this but give a try and ask a couple of people too.

This is the form you completed when applied for e-residence. Just tick the appropriate box and hand it over to evans building.

Konstantinos.

I would have thought that, assuming you spelt your name correctly on the form and they got it wrong, then they should just issue a new corrected one. I would just visit the office first and tell them.

Exactly, headed there, ticked other changes, they apologized for the mistake and told me it shouldn't take long like the first time to fix it.

Thank you!
