Moving to Riga / Jurmala area with dogs. Any kennels around?

I am considering moving to the Riga/Jurmala area, I have two dogs that would be moving from England with me, they have full pet passports, I am looking for help/info on renting houses which will allow dogs and also kennels/dog hotel (that seems to come up more than kennels) in the area for when l need to travel back to the uk, any info would be very much appreciated
