Finding work in North Brabant Region

My family and I currently work and live in South Africa. We want to settle in the North Brabant Region by mid-2009.  I have been doing research for months now, have contacted most of the recruitment agencies via the web and still have some questions... Is it just my impression or are there LOADS of vacancies for sales/marketing/admin staff that are fluent in English and Italian/Spanish/German etc. Based on communications with agencies - it seems they will only discuss positions with you if you are already in the Netherlands. Clearly we can not just arrive (3 small kids in tow) and 'hope' to find a job. (we're both on EU passports) Anyone with any input?

Hi Domino,

As you are looking in the Noord Brabant region consider the city Oss ( near 's Hertogenbosch ) In this midd size city there are large international companies that hire english speaking employees. Companies such as Philips ( http://www.philips.com/global/index.page ) and Shering-Plough ( formally Organon : http://www.organon.nl/authfiles/index.asp )

Regards,

Mike
