Separation Benefits for employee with Visa 20

Hi,

May I ask if there any sort of financial benefits or separation benefits for a worker who have been in service for 21 years with VISA 20?

I heard but it's not confirmed information that if for this whole period if they worker did not travel and worked for the same sponsor then s/he would be entitled for a month's salary for every two years and a free return ticket.

I don't think it's accurate but I hope it's true. Good luck.

Hi,

This is for my mother. She has been with the same employer for 21 years now. We heard about the separation fee. I read a blog about this but could not find elsewhere.

There is also limited information about this from the labor code posted on the net.

My mom is 61 years old now. Her employer(male) has already passed away last year. The female employer is sick and can no longer manage the tailoring shop which my mother has been working for.

I hope she gets indemnity of any sort.
