Certainly to visit Chile you don't need to learn english as you obviously now... hehe as you i'd like to find some native person to getting better my english level...

There are a lot of philipinos in Chile as i checked in this Blog..
the issue is that.. when i walk in the streets i can´t see where you are pHIlipinos!, you look like us, i think thats why!
