I want to join new company without N.O.C from my previous employer how can I do.My previous employer forcing me if I change job he will send me back to my country.How can I get rid from him.Anybody can help my

Hi Shazeen

This is a difficult position to be in. You will need an NOC from your previous employer to change jobs. The only other way is to complete your current contract and then move jobs. From your message it seems the relationship between you and your employer is not all that great. Do try to mend it and see if you could speak to them and convince them to allow you to move.
