Does anyone know where can I find the requirements for a workshop/classroom (Class 8 permit best to my knowledge). I am planning to pay a visit to MEPA offices, but would like to read a bit about the requirements beforehand, unfortunately could not find any info on their website.

Hi pevi,

you will need to carefully check and define what you intend.

Class 8 is educational but will not cover a workshop.

Your best bet is to make a visit to Mepa in Floriana

There is a change going to come into force at the end of January .

Thanks for your advice.

We are meeting an architect this afternoon, but I was hoping to find some basic information beforehand (like minimum size of a classroom, number of bathrooms, fire exit, I have never done something like this before, so I just assumed that there are some general requirements)
