Hello Vicky, Good luck with the searching and I am sure you will find something suitable.  I would recommend having a look on the biggest Slovakian job search website called profesia.  You will notice at the very bottom of the first page that opens you can change the language selection to English.  Sometimes it is worth entering a search for just a language, for example search for jobs by entering Greek, perhaps the results will find you a job not only in your field of studies but also allowing you to speak your home language.
