Hi All
I'm working as engineer in a big compnay in Dubai,
i want to create a training company with another guy,
i will provide trainings in the weekends only, other professors will also provide trainings,
is it allowed to do so?
do i need any approval from my current company?

No company will allow you to work on your own even if its on weekend and i think this rule is very strict in UAE..

Think you asked this before. You need your present employer's concurrence to enable you set up a business.
