sir, Iam in saudi Arabia

if possible to change my Iqama profession to network Technicin with MCSC certificates .

Unfortunately no. Certifications can't be used to change profession.

Kindly note nor certificate/degree is necessary to change profession. You can change it without them but if you want to get family visa after changing profession then you have to have degree for the profession that you hold with all attestations required.
