Does Nitaqat apply to me? Plz help, urgent.

Dear all, I would like to know from all experts and gru's whether this Nitaqat rule apply to me or not.
My company is in Green category and my profession and everything is inplace and correct. But I have to work at client site most of the times. Like going for demo purpose or a small support task of one week on client site.
So if i am at clients office and there is an inspection then what would be my status?
Also one of my friend is on a project working onsite for 3 months in similar situation will he be affected by inspection?

Need urgent help, I don't want to be in trouble if this is also not allowed.

I feel It should not be an issue with current scenario, but not sure how inspection person will react..

There is no issue if your profession and sponsorship is all correct. You or the company where you are can inform the inspectors that you are there for business from your company. For the friend in project, he has to have a copy of project agreement with his company and the company where he is doing the project just to be on the safe side.

I was afraid that they will just check sponsor and if different without asking consider it as illegal.
