Hello there!
I came to Moscow for the first time. The work I got to do is a research concerning dining out in Moscow.  And I  need your help and opinion folks on how is it going here? How do you like the quality of food, beverages, hospitality? What do you think is missing in Moscow’s cafes and restaurants? Does the quality satisfy the price? What can you say about interior of restaurants?
Which restaurant could you advise to 40 years old American?
Thanks!

I can advise Moscow jazz-club "Soyuz Kompozitorov" (the Union of Composers) in the very historical center of the city to eat good food and listen to jazz in the evening. Prices are quite high (f.e. 350-400 rub, about 10 euro, for a complex lunch). The musicans are Russian jazz bands, also USA ones. Headliners of this month are James Weidman, pianist, and a drummer Al Foster, next month - Frank Lacy and George Cables. Full information here - eng.ucclub.ru/schedule/
