I hope someone can help me.
My friend Bob Copple moved to Cuernavaca with his friend Tony Gomez and Tony recently pass away.  Bob and I talk about 3 times a week but I haven't heard anything from him since Tuesday, the 16th and his message machine is strange.  He ALWAYS returns my call.
Also, his friends Gloria and Jose Duarte live there and go back and forth to the states but I do not have their cell phone numbers or a way to contact them.
I'm very worried and do not know what to do: call the hospitals? Contact the US consulate in Mexico City?
I do not speak Spanish and am at a lose how to find Bob or what has happened.
If you can help me..or give me some ideas, please contact me at klh@mindspring.com.

I'm very worried.

Try the newcomers meeting organization.  They might know these people and might be able to help.

There is also a directory of phone numbers to call.

We don't know any of the people you have listed.  Cuernavaca has 1 million people in it so if an expat wants to live in the background it would be easy to do.

Good luck.
