Madinah is just one of the cities of KSA. There are many different options to visit.
1- Plane (or SAPTCO bus) will take you there. Reserve hotel through online services (like booking.com) ahead of arrival.
2- Check with the Umrah arrangment companies. They do offer trips to Madinah with housing etc included. Will be much economical.
