again i ask, what is written on your residency - engineer or project manager? the one stamped in your passport?
either way, ask the mandoub of your company as it depends on where you live etc. the basic gist of it is you will need a salary continuity certificate from your company, a copy of your work permit and then you head over to the DMV of the area to which you are assigned and get a learning permit, which allows you to drive in the streets in the "training" cars, with an instructor. then depending on where you live you go for the test, its 20KD the first the time and 5KD to hire a car to take the test in.
