letter from attorney

Hi there,
I was wondering if anyone was able to help me.
I am applying for a work visa with an agency based in the UK called visa express.
So far they have been really helpful & made the process so easy for me.
I have nearly got everything together for them to submit to the embassy, but there is one thing that is confusing me.
They are asking for a letter from a power of attorney in Saudi Arabia.
I passed this on to my sponsor & she sent me a letter from the saudi ministry of foreign affairs, it is all in arabic. I have tried to translate it but have had no luck, I can tell theres quite a few numbers on there.
Does this count as a letter from a power of attorney?
Any help will be much appreciated.
Thankyou
