SCAREDY CAT ME.??  COMING TO MALTA FOR TWO WEEK HOLIDAY IN TWO DAYS TIME. 04/SEPT/2012.  SO I'VE BOUGHT A SHARKSHIELD.
IT TIES TO MY LEG, LASTS ABOUT 7 HOURS AND TRAILS ABOUT A METRE
ARIEL.  HOPE IT WORKS, AS I HEAR PERSON HAD HIS SAIL EATEN ON HIS  WIND SURFER. COST US$ 800.  WORTH A LEG .

Hi Mark,

welcome to the forum.

I wish you luck with your sharkshield but what are you doing about the deadly jellyfish, man-eating giant octopus , dangerous sea-urchins and stinging sea anemones that you can hardly avoid?

Also be careful with the freak waves that the Maltese islands experience every few days.

surely the best way to avoid sharks is

a...take a detour round paceville
b...never take a taxi
c...dont go to a timeshare event
d...dont get in the water
