Residency Cards

Post new topic

Grizabella

Hi all

I amm moving with my partner and 3 cats to Malta on 27th August. We have already signed a 6 month lease on an apartment and have enough money to last for 6 months by which time I hope we will have found work!

What is the process now to get a residency cards? I have read a lot of the previous blogs/forum posts but am a bit confused!

Also, what is the process to open a bank account over there? We can open an international account with Lloyds here to tide me over but will need an account in Malta when we start work.

Really looking forward to the move and getting re-aquainted with that big yellow thing you have in the sky over there!

thanks
