No "Exit" after local transfer?

HI there,

I've been going through forums and internet to find the answer to a simple question.

"Can the employer "kafeel" give Exit to employee who joined him as local-transfer?"

I found a news paper article stating that the kafeel can't give his employee final exit if he was hired on local transfer. Is that true?

And in different place, i read that the kafeel can give "exit" to both local transfer and to people he issued new visa.

Logically, ethically, morally anyone locally hired can't be issued a final exit. And what I know is that this is in alignment with the law also.

However, there are lot many things that the sponsor can do to justify that he is right in expelling the employee out. So it's better to sign off things in a good way instead of furious litigation.

so, it all comes to how good my relationship with the employer is.

can I know which law? or where I can find that law?
