New Iqama rule for expat with children over 21 years old

there is a new rule for expat with children above 21 years old the rule state that the Iqama of the parent will not renewed unless his son  transfer his Iqama or his son get final exit

dont know y this kind of transfer rule, how a person get transfer if he cant get a well job after higher education and only 21 years? This rule simply means that "get out from KSa who r being here for decades"

The authorities have been making changes in the dependent visa lately and I think the update @Creative85 has provided looks like the final implementation.

Hi,
The child above 21 have to transfer his iqama or make final exit.
For married daughter of some expat, is there any need to cancell her visa afetr her marriage.
Kindly inform me about this senerio.
