I have (multiple) busines visit visa ...can i apply a employment work visa without cancel business visa

Depends on where you apply from. Saudi Embassy in some countries doesn't allow you to do that whereas in others it does. I had no issues when doing this from Bahrain, as I was resident there, but people in India, Pakistan etc..........were not allowed.

I If I go to Pakistan, I can continue to apply there۔ for employment visa....

2nd. Can i cancle business visa or not..Any option

I already told you. It depends on the Saudi Embassy where you apply from. Try to apply for employment visa but if they say that it needs to be cancelled, ask the sponsor who gave it in the first place, to do it.
