One need to have completed 4 years before applying for unlimited single permit.

Hi, I applied unlimited single permit online yesterday. do you know the processing time? How long does it take to receive annex 49?

Last year I did this in Brussels and the work permit was issued in 3 days after my request and two weeks later the single permit was approved (annexe 46). I made my request on May 7 and received the annexe 46 on May 23rd

@karthick_ Thanks for the reply, I have an additional question. Is that possible in 3 years, If we work in the Flanders region and stay in Brussels or Wallonia?

If your place of residense is brussels i suppose it's possible in 3 years.

If place of residence is Flanders it's necessary to have 4 years before your application.
