Dear All,
I am in Qatar & as a part of the visa application process as an Electrical Engineer to Saudi, I have been asked to authenticate my engineering degree certificate from Saudi Council of Engineers. I tried to register account as "Registration from abroad (Ejtiyaz Service)" but its not registering with my Qatar Number.
Can some one please advise what i can do to resolve this issue? Is there any agency in Saudi that can help me to get it done.

Hi , Just use any wrong number and your correct email address. you will still be able to receive the OTP or any notification in the email.
later you can change to your current phone number .
Also, some messages are sent via sms only so keep logging into your account regularly to check the progress etc. Their mobile application is also quite useful so have that installed to track progress.
