Saudi Business Visit Visa Cancellation

Hello, Gents. I received my Saudi Business Visit Visa from Dubai in September 2023, while I was working there. Now I'm in India to go through the medical/fingerprint process after one of the companies in Saudi Arabia hired me and provided me with an employment visa. So I came to India for a medical procedure. Now, the Visa agent in New Delhi is stating that the Saudi Embassy in Delhi has returned the document and has asked us to cancel the Business Visit Visa first.

The agent stated that the BVV should be cancelled from Dubai because it was issued there. Now I don't have a visa to go to Dubai and cancel it. Could you please tell me how I can cancel my Saudi Business Visit Visa while I am in India?

If I am not mistaken, a business visit visa is on the basis of sponsorship from a company. Even if you go to Dubai, they will not entertain your request to cancel it. The company that arranged the visa has to do it.
