Question 1:

I will get a work visa for serbia within a week so can I fly from saudi to serbia with an exit visa or i will have to go to my home country first?

Question 2:

My visa has expired and my probation period finishes on 24th of july but my employer hasn't made my iqama so i want to leave and exit but My contract says i will have to pay 2 months salary if i leave without notice. What would be the best way to exit through this situation?
