Hello all,I need one help ,my son born in brussles when i decleared birth they decleared with my name not my husband name because we didinot register our marriage in commune afterthat we visited commune and registered marriage but they will take 1 week to update our civil status.so my son surname is now officially my surname not his father surname ,can you please tell me how can i change my son surname in brussles..
