Is Apostille enough for visa stamping from India?

Hi all. I am from Engineering B.E(IT) background and I have computer technician visa. I have attested my degree with HRD and apostille. So for visa stamping these attestations are enough or do we need Saudi embassy attestation as well for visa stamping. I heard that with the introduction of apostille system, we don't need Saudi culture and Saudi embassy attestation. So can anyone please confirm.
