SCE Application for Dependent Iqama

Hello,

I am here in Saudi Arabia as a dependent (with iqama) and I want to register membership in SCE because I plan to apply work (transfer sponsorship to employer). I have some questions:

1. Can I apply SCE membership even if I am a dependent?

2. Can I use my Employment Certificate from my country as replacement for Employment Letter?

3. Will SCE accept Apostilled docs since there's news that starting Dec. 7, 2022 KSA will acknowledge Apostille?
