About the role:
DACH is one of our biggest projects. The market was launched in Q4 2023 and some major clients have already been opened and are active; the candidate database is well built with active candidates. You will work alongside a German associate consultant and will be provided with the necessary support in order to ensure the future proofing of this high growth area of our business.
As a senior consultant / managing consultant, you need to also have a taste for mentoring / managing as well as having outstanding results and excellent relationship management both with your team and with your management.

Process:
1st Step – Phone call & Visio with our Talent Acquisition – 1h
2nd Step – Meeting with our Director – 2h
Final step – Meeting with our German Associate Consultant - 1h

About you:
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in recruitment, including business development
Dynamism, resiliency, tenacity and able to assimilate complex notions
Great leadership and excellent communication skills both with team members and management
Fluency in German and English
