The Purpose:

As a member of our Documentation team, you'll play a crucial role in our Global Logistics Operations. You will be in direct contact with customers and suppliers all over the world handling export from Europe or North America.
Your impact? It's direct and substantial, shaping the very quality and efficiency of our logistics procedures. Your daily tasks will involve the preparation and gathering of commercial, transport, and customs documents, tailoring them to meet customer specifications and tight deadlines. But that's not all – you'll be the driving force behind delving into and resolving complex cases, fostering relationships with stakeholders, and bringing your brilliant ideas into our efficiency initiatives. What will you be doing:
Prepare/request/collect export documents according to the export country or according to customer specifics (transport, commercial, customs) ensure quality check of documents before providing to the final customer
Ensure orders are ready for loading in applicable info systems (SAP, Assist, Flow)
Being point of contact for any special quality document requests and import license documents
Support other team members in operational issues and provide level assistance in case Team Leader is not available
Shared responsibility with Team Leader for re-solving key operational issues in the team
Provide training to new comers and support them during the onboarding period
Keep the Process Documentation up to date
Support to structural improvements (Risk Management follow-up) & projects
What you'll bring:
Fluent in Spanish (you will be in daily contact with our importers in South America)
Experience in a Business/Financial institution or a FMCG company for at least 1-2 years
Experience in Supply Chain overall - in Logistics Transport or Warehousing
Technical skills: Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) / SAP / System minded
Logistics understanding, especially in regard to sense of urgency and prioritization
Continuous improvement mindset
Flexibility, resilience, ability to perform in stressful conditions
